This fantastic house is located within the urban area of Porto Cristo, although in a quiet zone. Its exteriors are stunning, starting from a big salt private pool, 11 x 5 m and 1.1 to 2.2 m depth, surrounded by lawn and wood flooring with 8 sun loungers to sunbathe and continuing with its porch as well as terraces where to make tasty barbecues and spend a pleasant evening. Inside, there you will find an elegant living-dining room, where to watch TV-SAT, DVD, listen to music and eat all together. Sliding doors reach you to the kitchen, equipped with gas hob, space with stools and a dining table with chairs to have breakfast or get a bite while cooking. The laundry room is provided with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There are four bedrooms, of which three of them feature a double bed and the 4th one has two twin beds. In addition, there are also four bathrooms: one with bathtub and one with shower are en-suite; the other two have shower and, one of them services the entire house while the last one is on the -1 floor where the garage is. The accommodation is completed with a cot and a high chair, as well as air conditioning, ceiling fans and radiant floor.
