Right outside the kitchen door you will find the brick barbecue, where you can grill fresh Mediterranean specialities. It is best to light the fire early in the evening. Conveniently, there is a second, airy terrace with a bamboo roof right next to it. The pool is slightly lower than the terrace and has a convenient stepped entrance. And with a length of 14 metres, you can actually swim a few lengths here. The modern pool loungers are ideal for hours of sunbathing. Sunglasses on, a book or magazine in your hand, a cool drink on the side table - that's what you call a holiday. And every now and then you can cool off with a nice dip in the water. In classic villa style, an entrance on the terrace leads into an open-plan living/dining room, the part of the building with air conditioning. To the left is the kitchen and straight ahead an archway leads to the three bedrooms, the three bathrooms and the WC. The living area with high ceilings has exposed solid wooden beams and windows on three sides, which allow bright Mediterranean sunlight to flood into the room and create a very warm and cosy atmosphere. The light-coloured, tasteful furniture is not only intended to decorate the room, but also to ensure that the time you spend inside is comfortable and pleasant. The open fireplace invites you to relax and unwind, as does the TV with satellite connection. And the modern, fully equipped kitchen is as practical as it is comfortable. In addition to a dishwasher, oven, gas hob and microwave, you will also find a Melitta coffee machine and kettle. There is even space for another small table. The fridge with freezer compartment and the washing machine are located in the adjoining utility room. The bedrooms are small romantic oases, each with its own individual, always stylish character. The attractive selection of fabrics and colours is just as impressive as the hand-picked furniture and unique, thoughtfully placed decorative pieces. The tasteful design is complemented in the most pleasant way by the en-suite bathrooms. They feature high-quality fittings that complement a modern style. Thanks to the alarm system installed in the villa, you can feel completely safe at all times.



Due to its convenient location in the beautiful eastern part of the island, the villa offers many different possibilities for excursions and other activities. Manacor, for example, holds its weekly market every Monday, where you can buy fresh regional specialities. This is an excellent place to stock up for the barbecue later in the evening. There are several undeveloped beaches nearby, some of which are real hidden gems. Portocristo is about 21 kilometres away and has a beautiful beach that slopes gently into the water. There you can also take a walk along the beautiful promenade. After a long, eventful day, you can return to your Villa Yolanda and enjoy the tranquillity of this idyllic place and end the day in the way you choose.
