We've stayed there for 4 days all inclusive and for the price it was good overall The food was the bset different variety lunch and dinners fresh fruits and lots of paella Entertainment was great all the time everywhere in hotel few different pools child friendly splash pool the best, just the water there big cold Overall great stay sad we had to leave But thank you

I like that the breakfast was served until 12:00 and they had a snack from 21:30 till 23:00 which was brilliant. Cleaning was done everyday which you dont find in some 5* hotels. I did not like some of the staff being rude and the area you are a bit isolate, and they can improve the transfer to the beach with a bigger car.

Pleasantly surprised

Food was actually quite good - considering it's all inclusive. Lots of activities each day and shows each night. It's great for families and the kids club is fun for the kids and gives us parents a break 👍👍

I do Not recommend it at all. Very noisy room all the time mainly during the night - impossible to get sleep before 1am. Very, very poor quality of food and drinks. Nice staff but some of them need a training to work with guests. Pools are great mainly for kids as it were the only good point in this hotel.

Over all we had a great stay. Fantastic pool area close to the bar. There was a LOT of sun beds but not enough umbrellas. The hotel policy of no reserving of sun beds was mostly followed. It says that smoking is not allowed. But everywere you went you could smell cigarette smoke. Motstöt by the pool and in front of the stage area during the shows. Which for me With kids is not so nice! We staten for ten days and the food was pretty much the same every day. So after three days we would have loved having something else. The rooftop in our bathroom was moldy. And in the shower there was a hole in the roof which leaked water down in to the tub. There was only three electrical outlets in the room. One beside the bed, one in the bathroom and one up by the ceeling for the tv. Not even one per person.

There are positives, such as both pool areas were kept pretty clean, the housekeeping staff were very helpful, SOME of the reception and bar staff also and parts of the menu were cooked well. Would I visit again? No, it wasn’t awful, but it just wasn’t for us. There were areas of the hotel that really needed updating and refreshing, the menu was very ‘samey’, with nothing that exotic or ‘local’ to the island. The dining room experience was just chaos! Granted, we visited at the busiest time of the year, but there were families who couldn’t find a table to sit at and eat and it was very much herding everyone in, around the dining areas and then out and it was beyond noisy. The glasses in the dining room were often not clean and the wine available with the all inclusive package was like vinegar. The beds weren’t particularly comfortable either, very basic mattress with minimal bedding. I think one of the biggest things was that there needed to be more ‘no -smoking’ areas. We had to move where we were seated several times, either on the sunbeds, or to watch the evening show, due to the fact that you would be pretty much sitting on top of each other and there was no restriction as to where smokers could ‘light up’. Life guards? Not really! I think a very basic meet and greet would also have gone down well. Nothing to do with the hotel, but the nearest town was just like buttons and the passport control at Palma airport was sooooo disorganised, we almost missed our flight.

The hotel is lovely, v.clean, rooms adequate for a 3*. There are 4 pool areas, always found sunbeds and chairs to sit on. Splash pool is great, our toddlers loved it. Kids Club looked fab 10-2 (age 4 upwards) they did lots of activities & staff energetic. All Slushies/soft & fruit juice drinks/tea coffee/ice creams all help yourself throughout the day. Alcohol all seemed ok and true to flavour. Plastic cups are provided but bring your own lidded closable cup/bottle as there are thousands of wasps around all the pool areas. We did get stung and was constantly watching out for the kids so could never enjoy a drink/ice cream without being swamped by them so be warned! Food truly was bland, there was always a dish we could eat but no real taste to it especially dinner time. Breakfast was usual fry up/cereal/cold meats/pastries/fruit etc so all good there and lunch was same as dinner (i know its a 3*) Dining room is free for all, get there early to get a table as plates are not cleared away until you leave so they pile up on your table (only 3 staff doing the clearing so you wait around to get a cleaned table). Room cleaned/towels changed everyday v.happy Evening entertainment area to small for no. of guests - variation each night Shame Hotel is in the middle of nowhere, wish i researched more, walk to town centre with buggies took its toll as pavements v.uneven. Hotel rang for Taxis took ages & v.costly. Local bus ran hourly to 6pm I would not return to this area of Mallorca.

My bedroom was like a rabbit hutch very very small and paid the same as others who got big bright rooms, I’ve not eaten all the stay there, had to eat out,some staff very abrupt so won’t be back

In general I must say, that the hotel meets more or less the expectations. The property is old, so there are multiple things people might notice, it is missing a fridge in the rooms and good internet connection. But on the positive side: the staff is friendly, the food is tasty, they give you a gratis crib for the baby, the area is made family friendly, has ramps, aqua park, umbrellas, baby food chairs and so on. The money-quality situation is good :)

not impressed with the food, often cold not a great selection or variation, we went out to eat alot. room ok but not very big, not enough pillows, coat hangers or storage for a family reception /staff lovely as were room cleaners . i believe entertainment went on a bit too late. wouldn’t go back sorry

Housekeeping failed to return my stuff ( 2 designer hats )that I forgot after checkout on lamps shades. I knew exactly where I left it and contacted the hotel on the same day. It took ages to make contact to the right person and eventually being told there was nothing left behind after departure. Very disappointed as it has ruined me and my sun stay at the end of our holidays. Rest of team, night, restaurant, maintenance staff are pleasant especially bar, but the entertainer/performers are all brilliant, they really make a great job from early in the day till late night My mistake i forgot my belongings it but it should be returned to his owner if reclaimed.

Amazing 2 weeks here. Couldnt fault the hotel food is very nice for 3 star plent, of variety everyday. Entertainment staff make this hotel more than 3 star standard they are so friendly welcoming and will have you belly laughing from the day you arrive

Meals available almost nonstop, weaker offer on the bar. A lot to do in the hotel. Littlebit farer from the sea. Too many smakers without dedicated area to smoke. In general nice to stay without any issues. Nothing was problem.
