The flat is located in a nice urbanization with beautiful gardens and a community chlorinated swimming pool. The pool measures 25 x 10 metres, has a depth ranging from 0.9 to 1.20 metres and includes a 0.50 metre deep area where the youngest members of the family can cool off. Next to the pool, there is nothing better than relaxing in the community jacuzzi (cold water only). Once in the flat, the house offers you a large furnished yard where you can enjoy reading a book, having an aperitif or enjoying a delicious barbecue with your family or friends. The cosy flat has all the necessary comforts to enjoy your holidays, and is equipped with AC in all rooms.
