The house is located within a plot of 16000 m2 ensuring total privacy in an idyllic rural environment. The 13 x 3,5 pool has a depth from 1.20 to 1.70 and has access from the completely equipped terrace and porch which includes barbecue. All this area is ideal to enjoy lunches and dinners in the outside. The 200 m2 single-story house has a functional architecture following the Mallorcan style. The living - dining room is prepared for 10 people and the in kitchen is gas and fully equipped. The living area presents comfortable sofas and pellet stove for the colder days, and it has direct access to the outside terrace and swimming pool. All four bedrooms are spacious and bright, feature heating pump each (no cold air available) and also have direct access to the outside. One of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom with shower.
