"I could have given 5 or 4.5 stars, but due to some minor details, the TV that I couldn’t get to work. I was inadvertently compelled to use my phone. Oh, wifi works very well too.The space is super clean, communication was at just once slow when needed. The location can be more explicit especially for foreign guests, even the locals didn’t find easy to locate. "This was a smaller resort which i absolutely loved for the closeness of pool and beach. Food and drinks good, rooms were clean and attended to daily. Biggest problem was main pool was shut down the entire week with no prior communication. There was other pools but felt this was information that should have been shared prior to arrival or at least upon check in"

"If you love nature and greenery, then Hawsbill Resort is your place. The Resort is clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful (not easy to come by). The menu was a bit limiting, but overall was delicious. Make sure you book your reservation for the beachfront PD restaurant; the food was excellent. Wished they served the national dish. One of the biggest selling point of the resort is the free use of the non-motorized water sports ( cannot, paddle board) and easy payment to use the jet ski and boat ride. "Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Our room was lovely and having your own plunge pool was an amazing experience and great to cool off after a hot day. Very tranquil and beautiful. Only complaint was the food was just ok. The bbq night was really delicious. Felt we overpaid for the floating tapas to our room as well. Was very disappointed in that. Our server Maxine was awesome and went over an above."

"The property seems dated but its well maintained. The staff is AMAZING. The grounds are BEAUTIFUL. There is a good variety of food....you won't go hungry no matter what time it is. It's a very large property but there's cart transportation thats always available. What can be improved? (1) There is no ATM on the property, we had to venture out to find one....scary (2) its an all-inclusive resort but you have to pay to have your in-room fridge stocked...why? (3) booking our scuba dive was cumbersome...they don't offer assistance at the resort and all of the diving is on the other side of the island...approx $100 in taxi fees. Still it was a wonderful vacation and we would visit again."
