Welcome to our cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo in The Summit’s Bradley Building, just steps from Eagle Lodge, bike trails, and the free town shuttle.

Located on the second floor with both elevator and stair access, this upgraded unit combines comfort, cleanliness, and convenience.

Guests love the largest wrap-around balcony in the complex, the easy access to slopes, and our attention to detail. The living room features a pellet stove fireplace, games, and an upgraded Smart TV with all major streaming services, while the bedroom offers a comfortable king bed, closet, dresser, and second TV. The new memory-foam queen sofa bed provides additional sleeping space, and there are twin bunk beds for children (under 150 lbs).

The fully equipped kitchen includes all appliances plus complimentary coffee, snacks, and spices. The bathroom offers a tub/shower combo, bidet, hair dryer, and plenty of towels. Cleanliness is our top priority — we ask that guests remove shoes at the entry to help keep the carpets fresh for everyone.
