Very nice place, cozy, with great proximity to Eagle Lodge (2 mins. walk as described is correct. It might be 2.5 mins. fully suited up and carrying skis). Couldn’t be more convenient. The underground parking is a plus, along with the in-unit laundry. Communication and responsiveness was A. Thank you for a great stay!

Pleasant stay

Everything is as advertised. A nice short walk to Eagle Lodge. Master bed was comfortable and we also appreciated the wood burning fireplace.

Excellent property

Excellent property - just 100 yards from slopes! Also eagle lodge has some of the best slopes (up top) and easy access to mccoy and the slopes there.

Peaceful location in Mammoth near Eagle Lodge

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was immaculately clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Location was perfect - 1 mile from the grocery stores and restaurants, and close by to the Mammoth attractions. It served as an excellent base in exploring the broader Eastern Sierra region.

Very Convenient winter location

4 minutes walk to Eagle lodge and lift. Clean and adequate property for at least 4 people. Bunk beds are a plus. Property manager responsive to our needs.

Great location

This is a great place to stay if you are coming to Mammoth to ski. Eagle lodge is just a 3 min walk away. The hot tub is great and the apartment layout is really nice. It was very clean when we arrived as well. The only feedback is about the provided pillows, which are not the most comfortable.

Very nice, well equipped condo (1 wine glass and no corkscrew). Beds comfy and working tv w cable. Easily Walkable to Eagle lodge! Instructions for wood burning stove in checkin info but to use you need to bring paper, lighter and small kindling. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again.

Fantastic location

The condo is fully equipped with everything you will need. There is parking in a garage and the condo is located across the street from Eagle. The kitchen has all the kitchen ware to cook, there are nice TVs in the living room and bedroom and there is wood for the fireplace. Bring a good lighter though, the one there didn’t work. There are two nice spas located steps from the place. I would say that the location is ideal because you can park your car and not have to drive the entire time that you are there!

very good--but

The condo was very good-all that was advertised. The problem was that we chose this condo for the claim that they had a tennis court. The tennis court that they had looked like it had not been in use for years--a destroyed court, a piece of distroyed asphalt. Management should have advised us of this. Otherwise a good p[lace to stay. Near everything.

Nice Getaway

Really enjoyed this unit though there was no view or light from the windows due to the massive snow accumulation. Would request that property owner/manager contract for snow removal on the deck side of the unit or update the property description to advise potential renters of the current conditions.

This was a great space for the 2 of us; it was clean and comfortable, and it was especially nice to be able to walk easily to the lift. The hot tub/spa was also nearby and we enjoyed soaking daily. We'd recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great little unit. Loved that it had a washer and dryer in unit. Very close to eagle lodge, just a 2 min walk and your on the lift. So very convenient. You can go back to your unit for lunch if you want. The hospitality app was so great. It had all the info you would need right on that app. Loved that. The only negative was the smell from the bathroom vents. Seemed like someone was smoking weed all the time and it came through the vent and that got quite old. Beds were nice and everything in the unit was in great condition.
