Snowcreek Resort Vacation Rental 611

  • This is a converted, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, single level, property located in Snowcreek Phase 4. Bedroom 2 and en-suite bathroom 1 is for owners’ exclusive use. It has a maximum occupancy of 4, which includes children of all ages. TOML-CPAN-14486.

    Park in the lot nearest to the property. Walk your building's pathway, then up two exterior steps to the front door. Use your access code to enter through the front door to the interior landing. You will walk down two steps where you'll find the entire property on the ground level.

    Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized bedding, linen and towels.
    ⬧ Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets with pillowcases on the pillows.
    ⬧ Bathrooms stocked with a full supply of bath towels, hand towels, face towels and bathmat for your stay.

    ⟾ GROUND LEVEL offers:
    ⬧ Living room = Queen sofa pullout with its bedding set up and a 65” TV
    ⬧ Bedroom 1 = King an a 40” TV

Snow Creek is a great complex and this unit is very nice sizable for a one bedroom. Well appointed with kitchen, utilities, etc..

Good, but could easily be great!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Only experienced a few issues: 1 - the heater does not sufficiently heat the bedroom 2 - the internet service was inconsistent and mostly non-functional during our stay 3 - Lastly, the unit is advertised to sleep 4. However, there were only towels & wash cloths for 2. Other than that, everything was great! Beautiful accommodations. Well maintained and clean :)

Good location, nice amenities (the couches are newer and nicer than pictured!) including the resorts. We did yoga, sauna, and a massage and it was great. The manager quickly responded whenever we had issues. Highly recommend!

Reviewer Comments: Upon entering the condo, we were pleased to see the tired living/dining room furniture had been replaced, but there were no barstools nor lamps for reading. Kitchen was sort of clean, but LOTS of crumbs under and around toasters. The place could use a fresh coat of paint. Comfy control had no user manual and we couldn't figure it out. LOVE the ample grassy areas and the sound of the creek across the street! No shampoo.

I do have one issue i think needs to be addressed by management. While I was in the unit, and without warning, someone has walked in on me. This happened on two different years. I have to assume it was someone from Snowcreek, both times they were apologetic. There must be a way to monitor if a unit is occupied, or one should be put in place to prevent further occurences to anyone.

The unit was big enough for 2 people, was clean, and was well maintained. Location was excellent. The 4 issues: 1. the walkway was icy and not shoveled. I tripped more than once and nearly hurt myself. 2. The heat did not reach the bedroom too well and the bedroom was too cold at night; 3. The pillows were too hard and uncomfortable; 4. The dish washer was non-operable. Overall though, I was happy with the unit and will continue to stay at Snow Creek.

But the cabinets in kitchen and bathroom were in bad shape and should not be permitted in a rental. They look like they needed replacement several years ago. Cabinets did not shut properly.Also supplies were not great and not very neatly organized in kitchen drawers.Please note that the photograph is outdated and dos not reflect the current furniture in the condo.I took a couple of photos of the cabinets. Also note that wooden front of kitchen cabinet facing LR/entrance appears to have some wooden slats that need replacement. Wood is soft.We have rented from Snowcreek on numerous occasions in the past. This condo for reasons cited is not up to par.

We participated in the Mammoth Gran Fondo and we were able to ride to and from the event. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. The condition of the condo we found to be in need of updating and painting. Several light bulbs were out and the electrical outlet in the bathroom did not function. There was a hint of cigarette smoke. The lights were out when we arrived and I tripped and nearly fell down the step leading from the entrance to the living room. The bathroom tile grout had mold and mildew. I believe there are two other converted one bedrooms with more upgrades that we would choose for our next trip. The furniture in this photo was not what was in the living room during our stay.

It’s about a 10-15 minute drive to the mountain and is close to popular restaurants, ski rentals, and grocery stores. The price is good considering even Motel 6 can be more expensive. However, the place was really outdated. The living room TV didn’t work. Maintenance came by right away but it turns out a previous guest took the sound bar. Then the bedroom TV was terrible quality. The picture was extremely dark even with full brightness on. The dishwasher also was broken and had a sign that it was under maintenance. The sheets were pretty cheap and scratchy. There wasn’t a duvet cover. It was just a comforter in between two top sheets. If these things were fixed, I’d definitely stay here again.

We always found whatever rental unit we got was absolutely great and that's why we keep coming back. This year was a big disappointment. We rented Unit 611 which was run down and needed an upgrade/face lift. Even though the carpet looked new, the entire condo was in need of a major upgrade (painting/moldings/bathroom). The shower mechanism to drain the water did not work properly and the tub was filled with water. In fact, I had to use one foot to keep pressure on the drainage lock so that the water would drain which was very difficult. There were no instructions on how to use the TV and the guide didn't work. We would have to fiddle around with the remote control before the TV would come on even though we would just press the 'on' button. The bottom question would I recommend this property, I would certainly recommend Snow Creek but not unit 611. Also in past stays I thought the door automatically locked when we left the property. This lock did not.

The apartment was clean, well equipped, and we always had a parking spot right in front of our place. It took us 10 minutes to drive to Canyon Lodge, for skiing. The village with a Vons and restaurants is 1.3 miles away very easy to get to. The closet Tesla charger is also 1.3 miles from the property The sports club has a nice steam room, which was great to use after a day of skiing.
