Located right inside the Village Lodge, our two bedroom condo has the best location in town. Others advertise a village location but in reality they are across the street and several blocks away. Not us. Our immaculately clean condo is just steps away from dozens of restaurants, bistros, and shops. But best of all, right downstairs you can catch the Gondola to the Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort. No more lugging your skis, boards and boots into your car, hunting for parking at the resort, and trudging for a mile to the ski lifts. You will just park your vehicle in the underground parking garage, and never use it the rest of your stay!

FOR YOUR USE
You are in the Village now, so expect to enjoy yourself! You are steps away from the Village heated outdoor pool and two outdoor jacuzzis (yes, even when it's snowing they are nice and warm). There is also another jacuzzi spa in our building, just an elevator ride away.
***Use the gym located in our building for cardio or weights with our new Peloton bikes ( and treadmill, elliptical, bicycle, weights, etc.).
*Bring the kids down to the Village promenade to play in the snow, enjoy the various games around the village, roast marshmallows around the firepits, or watch the Saturday parade with Mammoth Host "Woolly."
*Catch the daytime free shuttle or the evening free trolley to get anywhere in Mammoth.
*Enjoy the secure, heated underground garage to park your car and avoid shoveling it out after a big storm!
CONVENIENCE
Check in is super easy. No need to find a rental company office late at night to collect the keys--there is a lockbox right outside our front door. Lockbox combination, wifi passwords and a welcome email with recommendations will be emailed to you one week before arrival. Check out is a breeze, just leave your keys and parking permit on the counter before you go.
HOUSE RULES Heated Pool is open from10am-10pm. Pet Fee is $125/night. VRBO bookings: traveler must include it in their reservation. All others: bookings will be charged separately.

That means that you have access to our help, knowledge base, expertise, and anything you may need 24/7. We both have all the apps loaded on our phones and laptops, so we will respond to any questions you may have immediately. A hotel has hundreds of other guests vying for the services, beauty, resources, and "exclusivity" of the property. A typical VRBO listing is just the home and no guidance, tips, networking, suggestions, etc. My husband and I provide the best of both worlds giving you amazing support, exclusivity, relaxation, and privacy.

What a fantastic stay! Lovely property. Very spacious and comfortable. Check in was seamless. Could not ask for more regarding the location and ease of access to parking, dining and amenities. The host is very responsive and provided a wonderful guide book that anticipates most needs and questions one would have. So, what are you waiting for? Reserve it if you can!
Beautiful condo with awesome location, right in the middle of the village. Kitchen is fully stocked so we mostly ate in. We really enjoyed the “secret hot tub” (see the very useful and informative rental guidebook). Would definitely stay there again. Easy communication with manager

We come up to Eastern Sierras year round...This trip was for chasing the beautiful Fall colors & celebrating 30th Anniversary. Michaela & Mark's White Mountain Lodge condo was the perfect relaxing landing spot after long days hiking & exploring. Conveniently close to all the Village has to offer it made for the perfect Fall get-away. Looking forward to our next trip up.
Overall my family had a great time staying in this unit at the Village Lodge. I will just highlight what I really liked and what could be better.
Highlights:
✓two great bedrooms that are separated, for children and parents or two couples to stay
✓two clean, modern bathrooms
✓small but functional and modern kitchen
✓cozy furnishings and artwork
✓amenities (pool, hot tubs, fitness center), shopping and dining right there at the Village
What could be better:
*The unit is over Minaret road and the traffic can be heard. While it's not a deal breaker, if you are looking for a more isolated location with a natural vibe, this may not be for you
*The carper was really dirty, or at least is seemed so
*The unit would feel cozier if the windows had some draperies
*It has very much a hotel feel
If you are looking for a nice summer get away and have pets, this is your place! We had a hard time finding a nice place that excepts pets. this condo is clean and has all the amenities you need. We traveled with our 14 year old daughter and our 10 month old pup. You can eat in or wander down to the many restaurants in the village. The Owner is so easy to work with, and very responsive, which makes any stay pleasurable.
If you travel in the winter, this condo is perfect since its in walking distance of the gondola.
Overall the condo was very nice. The living room furniture (couch and chair) needs to replaced as well as the mattresses.
Make sure you bring your own pool towels. Due to this being a private rental, you do not have access tool towels or housekeeping. The laundry facilities are nice. It is a little noisy due to being on the street side but I would still rent this condo again.
Michaela is a great host with great communication. The unit had everything advertised and is very clean. Great location in the village with easy access to gondola and restaurants.

Great stay, we felt right at home. The unit had everything we could need. We will always rent from this owner when we return to Mammoth, they made the stay so easy and very pleasant to work with AAAA++++
A convenient, affordable spot for a fun summer family getaway
We headed to Mammoth because one of the teenagers to take the SAT there, so the rest of us tagged along to go mountain biking. This was a great spot, as we had access to riding the mountain, the Lakes Basin bike shuttle and trails, a pool, multiple jacuzzis, bagels, ice cream, coffee, good dinner options, and live music all in walking distance. We didn't' get back in the car until we left. Families with kids of all ages can be entertained here.
The hosts were very responsive and helpful - I've had suboptimal experiences with property managers before, but these folks are pros. The check-in process was easy, the room instructions were clear (there's a binder with all you need to know), and we had everything we needed (we didn't spend much time in the room though and didn't cook there). The place was clean and seemed new, the beds were very comfortable (even the sofa bed was decent), and the kitchen was nice. Bike storage cage was easy to find in the garage (BYO Ulock if you have nice bikes, since it opens with the condo keycard but anyone with a keycard for the building can get in).
The one issue is the there is no AC in the condo, so if you come in the summer, it will be WARM in there! We were convinced there was some kind of secret heater because we just couldn't get the place to cool down. Probably great in the winter though!
I thought the drive all the way to this property is endless, took us 5 hrs all the way from Bay Area. But all the stops and turns, the sceneries and all the fantastic views are all worth it. To top it all, the location is like a modern village in the middle of a paradise. The unit is perfect in every way. Cleanliness, well organized, very spacious and convenient are just the few to describe it what more if this is the winter time. Wow! It must be 10/10! I could not imagine. I hope to visit again soon with my family!
