This newly remodeled 2 bed/3 bath condo is the ultimate mountain getaway for the entire family sleeping 6. A beautiful end unit nestled in the quiet corner of the Forest Creek community. Surround yourself with cozy, modern cabin decor, soak in the private hot tub on the enclosed back patio, and a living room that features a large flatscreen TV, pellet stove, free WiFi, and deck with gas grill, seating and amazing forest settings.

The master bedroom has a King bed and en-suite full bathroom. The second bedroom is great for the kids featuring a Queen bed also with a bunk (Twin on both the top and bottom), also with full en-suite bathroom. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. It doesn't get any better than this!

This condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking pass. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are 4 stairs to this unit and 2 levels inside. Please Note: This property makes use of surveillance equiopment outside the home. There is a doorbell camera monitoring the front entrance. This unit is non-smoking and NOT pet friendly. Everything about this place was excellent: location, snow maintenance after 4' of snow dropped, kitchen appointed with every cooking utensil:appliance wished for, ample heating, perfectly clean. And the indoor spa was phenomenal.

Amazing property and location!

We spent a week over Christmas. It was our first time not spending Christmas at our home. This place felt like home away from home. It was perfect for a family of 5. It was clean, close to the slopes and in a very friendly neighborhood. As an added bonus it snowed every day we were there! The best vacation ever! We plan to go back.

Amazing Stay

Beautiful townhouse, located within distance from the Village, and everything else. Super clean and the jacuzzi helped tremendously after a long day of snowboarding/skiing.

Comfortable condo w private hot tub

This condo is well located and the private hot tub is a plus. Beds are comfortable. It’s a bit dated and the lighting is poor. Manager is very responsive. We had a problem w heating and they came right over and fixed it.

We absolutely loved this place!!! My highlight of the trip was the jacuzzi!!! Everything was clean, we had EVERYTHING we needed. Property managers we very friendly. 5 stars .

Adorable Spot - perfect location

We absolutely loved everything about this place. The hot tub, the rooms, the layout... we loved it all. If we had to change anything, it would be for the host to replace the windows as they let cold air in in the bedrooms... also, please get thicker pillows, or make sure to bring your own.

Nicely remodeled (except kitchen) dog friendly condo in average neighborhood. Right off walking path (great for dogs). Only problem was dryer not working properly.

Perfect Spot

This was the perfect spot for my wife and 3 kids. The spa on the patio was perfect after a long day of hiking. With 3 bathrooms, there was no waiting for a nice hot shower. Thank you again and we will definitely be staying here in the future.

Great pet friendly condo.

Great price for a very nice condo, especially when you consider it is pet friendly.. I don't think you will find a better deal in Mammoth. The Condo is very nice, with 3 bathrooms, high end finishes. I would definitely rent it again.

Great place for two families

This condo was perfect for housing two families plus their dogs! The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the property felt spacious. We loved having a barbecue on the balcony and a full kitchen. Having a private jacuzzi was a plus, but it did run periodically throughout the night. Overall, we had a great stay at this place and would come again!
