Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. This two-bedroom, two-bath property is pet friendly, and offers a spacious two-story layout. Near The Village at Mammoth, and across the street from the bus stop, the location is unbeatable with shops, restaurants, and Gondola access all within walking distance. On the upper level of the cabin, is an open floor plan living, dining and kitchen. The comfortable sectional offers a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping, and you can cozy around the wood burning fireplace, or catch a movie or the game on the large flatscreen Smart TV with cable. This home offers a private deck and forest setting. A dining space for 8 allows family meals, and the fully stocked kitchen makes food preparation easy. The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar seating for 3. On the lower level are the two bedrooms, the guest bedroom features two twin beds and flatscreen TV. The full bathroom in the hall offers a tub/shower combo. The primary bedroom features a King bed, flatscreen TV and a private en-suite with tub/shower combo. The home has wood flooring in the upper level, new furnishings and sleeps a maximum of 6 people. This townhome is non-smoking, and allows one pet. A Short walk to the year round amenities Mammoth Estates has to offer such as the Game Room, Jacuzzi and Sauna. Take a plunge in the beautiful pool in hot summer months or just soak in the sun surrounded by beautiful landscape. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, Pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Great stay

Great Location

We stayed for a last minute trip to Mammoth over Thanksgiving and you cannot beat this location. Walking distance to the village and gondola. The unit seems to have been re-furnished to contemporary furniture, based on older reviews that complained about the older furnishings. Check-in/out process required us to pick up and drop off parking passes at the property manager office, which was slightly inconvenient, but overall great stay.

Well located Mammoth condo

Mammoth Bday Trip

My wife and I have been going to Mammoth for 30 years. We have stayed in other units at Mammoth Estates. This unit had a severe cigarette smell in the entire unit. It also smelled of animal urine. The stove top didnt work so we could not cook our meals.

Great location, short walk to the village

Easy walk to the village. Even with the storm bringing 4ft overnight, it was an east 5 min walk to the village, with two kids under 11. Nice condo, bedrooms downstairs are a bit cold, but fireplace upstairs is really nice for game nights. If you plan on cooking, pots and pans and cooking utensils are provided, but you’ll need to bring anything else (oils, spices, aluminum foil, etc.) Really great they allow dogs, ours really loved her trip to the snow!

Fun Family Christmas

Perfect pet-friendly rental for our family of 4 plus dog. Easy access to the slopes, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. Not fancy but clean and comfy. Would stay again!

Dusty and dated

The property is in need of an update and not just big things! Overall seemed kind of grungy because it was so dated. Carpet coming up off stairs, light switches broken, trash can melted, bed skirts on beds askew and ripped. I could go on... Plus side, amazing location and lots of good dishes/cookware.

Great location

We really enjoyed staying here. The unit was clean and we liked the layout and dug the funky 70's vibe of the place. It was a great location for us, short walk to the Village and restaurants, 5-10 minute drive to the lakes, and the Warming Wall climbing area is just up the road 3 minutes away. It was also very quiet, which is important to us. And it didn't really feel like we were in a condo, maybe because of the trees around. It was a good basecamp for having fun in Mammoth!

Perfect walking distance to Mammoth Village. The condo was great for a family of four. Even better that they are dog friendly. It could use a little maintenance and updating. One of the kitchen cabinets was falling off of the wall. Decor is very outdated.
