New to the rental market, introducing this beautiful 2 bed, 2 bath mountain
condo with some of the best unobstructed views in Mammoth. This spacious two
story condo offers vaulted ceilings, picture windows with natural light and
gorgeous finishes. A perfect base camp for skiing, snowboarding you will be
close to Canyon Lodge with walking distance or ski-in/ski-out access (experts
only). Enjoy sunrises over the White Mountains and alpenglow sunsets over The
Sherwins, all while being perched up above the tree line in a quiet mountain-
side escape. This retreat is located in the Mammoth Point community close to
Canyon Lodge and a short drive to the Village with amenities such as
restaurants, coffee shops, retail, dining, and not to mention the Village
gondola to Canyon Lodge and a full calendar of year-round events. The
remodeled home offers a spacious layout so you can spread out, enjoy Winter
nights in front of the cozy wood burning fireplace, or soak up the valley
views from your private balcony. The living room has a large flatscreen 50" TV
with streaming, Sonos sound bar so you can enjoy a movie or catch the game. A
separate dining area offers seating for 5, with outdoor seating for 2 on the
balcony. The full kitchen has upgraded stainless steel appliances, stone
counters and everything you need to prepare meals, and a combo Keurig coffee
maker. There is a BBQ grill in the community area in the Summer months for
grilling. The home comes with private washer / dryer so you have all the
conveniences of home. On the lower level are both bedrooms, the master
features a King bed, with private en-suite full bathroom with tiled walk-in
shower and heated floors, and walk-in closet. Wake up to the stunning mountain
views from the comfortable bed! The second guest bedroom features two XL Twin
beds, with adjacent full bathroom with tub/shower combo. In the entry is a
storage area so you can offload your adventure gear, with additional ski
closet storage outside. The common area at the complex offers a year-round
covered hot tub located just across the driveway, and BBQ grill in the Summer
months. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic
Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full
fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a
maximum of 4 people, comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces, and offers
complimentary WiFi. Guests will be provided two parking passes for the outdoor
parking. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call
our office for alternative options. This unit has ground level access, 2
levels inside and a second story balcony and no smoking is permitted. This
home allows one small pet upon approval. Please note that access to this condo
is via a steep road, chains or All Wheel Drive vehicles will be required in

provided for any unusually hot days. Getting to Mammoth: 4X4 vehicles and or
chains may be required to access the Mammoth area when traveling during snow

often checks for chains / AWD. Getting to the condo: The road to access our
building is uphill and can be impacted during winter events. Rarely in heavy
storms, can we experience road closures. However, you must be an experienced
winter driver and use extreme caution. We require 4x4 vehicles and chains on
hand in case you need them. If you are an experienced skier ask us about the
sneaky ski-back trail and easy walk/ski to the lift! Please keep in mind that
this is an upgraded unit within an older building, it is a middle unit, and
the walls are thin. We ask guests to be considerate and respect quiet hours.
This home utilizes outdoor video surveillance on the premises, a camera is
located at the entry front door.
The pet fee is already included in your reservation total if you are bringing
