I stayed here for around 3 weeks and had a great time. Positives- Super nice place with a small balcony which was great for drinking coffee in the morning. Nice living room with plenty of sofas and places to be with your group together. Access to the hot tubs was a big bonus after a long day of skiing!Cons-There isn't a lot of natural light in the house. One of the hot tubs (the closest one to us) stopped working during the start of our trip. Overall it was a great place and perfect for me and my group. Would stay here again.
Great spot and very convenient to the slopes! Grand Welcome was incredibly responsive and the place was as advertised. Very cozy for our ski getaway. Two things to note: (1) key pick up and drop off is at a secondary location 7min drive away. (2) I think because the water is shared by the complex, sometimes at the end of the ski day there wasn't enough hot water for all 6 guests to have a shower! We just spaced them out and still had a blast -- would definitely recommend.

Hello Grand Welcome Team
I write to you with utter sadness. After 6 hrs of long drive with our parents visiting from India we arrived at 10 pm to your resort.
The key was not there in the locker we had to drive 5 miles back and forth after calling.
Also the garage and room smells
There is dust mites and dust everywhere.Water in the down bathroom was not coming.
This is my worst and worst experience.I never expected this.
I had called the help desk several times even shared
Experience. But the assistant manager called and was try to sell another unit for more cost. This unit had construction going on there was dust even in utensils, microwave everywhere.I had to continuously take pictures and send proof.
Afternoon the construction guys started painting again there was lot of noise.Location is good but beware of this place
After this I was offered a twenty five dollars compensation and then lady bought some coupons with vegan sweet bread. They cleaned the next day but it was lousy with towels on the toilet seat and they had just throw all the spoons and some cutlery into the dishwasher and dishwasher was stuck I had to fix it.
My experience was really bad and I would never stay here.
