This beautifully updated 4-bedroom, 3-bath home is spread over two levels and
offers a spacious floor plan with tasteful upgrades throughout. Nestled in a
prime location with views of the Gondola, it's the perfect mountain getaway
for two to three families with kids. Whether you're visiting in winter or
summer, this is one of the best locations in town! You'll be just one block
from The Village and the Village Gondola, offering effortless access to
shopping, dining, nightlife, and the slopes, all without the hustle and
bustle. The fully equipped kitchen features modern finishes and everything you
need to prepare family meals, while the dining area comfortably seats eight to
ten guests. Relax in the cozy living room in front of the wood-burning
fireplace and large flat-screen TV, the perfect spot to unwind after a day on
the slopes. Each bedroom includes its own TV, ensuring comfort and
entertainment for everyone. The updated bathrooms feature granite and
travertine finishes, adding a touch of mountain luxury. This home sleeps a
maximum of 10 guests, is non-smoking, and pet-friendly. Upstairs, the first
bedroom features a queen bed with access to a shared hall bathroom with a
walk-in shower. The lower level includes the remaining three bedrooms and two
bathrooms. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed and a private en-suite
bathroom with a dual vanity and shower. The second bedroom features twin beds,
while the third bedroom includes two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds,
providing sleeping space for four. These rooms share a hall bathroom with a
tub/shower combo. Additional amenities include a mudroom at the entry for gear
storage, and a private semi-covered balcony with outdoor seating on the upper
level. This unit is the perfect year-round base for your mountain adventures,

recreation facility. Enjoy a wide range of amenities including an indoor

studio, racquetball courts, basketball court, and a variety of wellness and
