This remodeled one bedroom plus alcove, one bathroom condo is perfect for a family with kids. Featuring mountain modern décor, wireless Internet, private washer and dryer, cozy pellet-burning stove, and a fully stocked kitchen with a bbq grill off the deck, this gem is not one to be missed. Located in the quiet Snowcreek complex, you are just a short walk away from the Mammoth Creek park with kids playground, grassy area with picnic tables, and of course Mammoth Creek ideal spot for kids to fish, run free, and enjoy the great outdoors. The master bedroom features a Queen bed, while the alcove has two small Twin beds (suitable for children) and the living room has a sofabed. There is a bathroom with stand-up shower for all to share. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces, no pets, and no smoking. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Nicely renovated Snowcreek condo

We have been coming to Mammoth as a family for the past 6 years or so. We usually do 3 to 4 trips during the ski season and always end up renting a condo. This is the second time when we had to make an extra stop and pick up a physical key. Not a terrible inconvenience but something that can be easily avoided. So two words for a big improvement "Keyless Entry" ... please. The other two small improvements ... fire extinguisher was missing (believe that's a legal requirement) and doors hinges and handles need some WD-40 love. One last small drawback is the limited number of parking spaces on a busy weekend. Otherwise, condo is very nice upgraded. Lots of pots, utensils, spices in the kitchen. Very comfy and big couch. Definitely would consider staying there again.

Excellent space

Comfortable and easy to get to town and trails and of course the skiing. Eagle lodge was just up the street a 4 minute drive… Accommodations were great and all of cooking utensils were much appreciated…

lovely accommodation in need of repairs

The property was well equipped and beautifully furnished. Unfortunately on our first evening we all got wet feet due to water seeping through the flooring. Then we also noticed a rather large bulge in the ceiling which started to drip constantly into a bucket below during the whole of our stay. There was also a fire in the lounge which would have been wonderful if it ever worked, despite following the instructions carefully and frequently. I do not wish to sound totally negative as the condo was well equipped, but we did live in fear of the ceiling collapsing at any time.

Massive leak in roof

There was a leak in the roof in the middle of the kitchen that prior to arrival they just put a trash can underneath to catch the water. Never informed us. Just thought it was okay to have guests anyways. Property manager never responded to inquiry either.

Very clean and nice

Great place to stay! Very clean all around. Beds were very comfortable. Fireplace was very easy to use. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook. Bring your own spices and things like that. Bathroom was very clean and nice. Great water pressure in the shower. Both TVs worked and easy to use. Quiet complex as well. Would stay here again!
