Nice and comfortable accommodations, perfect for 2-3 people. Condo was very clean upon arrival and the host company gave concise instructions on everything you need to know.

Excellent place to stay

Easy check in. Very clean. Centrally located. Had all the amenities we needed and then some. Really liked the indoor ski racks next to the kitchen.

Amenities closed.

Vacasa was was terrible to deal with! Pool was closed for the season (in September? 80 degree weather?) but VRBO ad did not disclose this. Jucuzzi was broken. Vacasa would not respond, saying lolocal office needed to contact us, which they NEVER did!

Great location, near the Village & gondola to the Canyon Lodge. Easy walk, even while carrying snowboards. Clean and had every amenity needed for our stay. Perfect for our family of 3. Would definitely stay here again!

Staff were very nice and communicated with us to ensure we had all our needs met. Condo was in a great location, could walk to the village gondola easily. It had a nice, well, equipped kitchen, and two full bathrooms. Is a smaller condo downstairs, but upstairs loft bedroom was large and very roomy.

Nice Place

We enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were very comfortable. Plenty of pots and dishes. Having 2 full bathrooms was a bonus! The community grill, pool and hot tub was very close. Also, the walk to Mammoth Village was pretty short.

Great neighborhood

Village is easily accessible (5 min walk). Place is spacious and well stocked. Pellet stove is really nice. Clean, well stocked, well equipped bathrooms. Hot tub and sauna are very short walk. Really appreciated the ski/board hangers.

Almost Perfect

Everything with this condo was fantastic. The location, the price, and the communication with the property manager was amazing. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen was wonderful, and bathrooms were great with great water pressure. The ONLY thing that might use some improvement, the dishes were in the cabinets but most were dirty (stuck on food). Very minor as I just washed them before we used them. We will rent again when we can. It was a fantastic place. Thank you.

Comfortable & Cozy

Enjoyed this unit, very comfortably furnished and clean as a whistle. Only complaint is the fireplace unit, one of the pellet style (not wood burning), which did not function at all. Lots of phone calls later and no resolution.

Very nice and clean property

The place was spotless and very close to everything. Thank you for hosting our family. I was under the impression there were two twin beds not a trundle bed. Also, the air was so dry it would have been nice to have some humidifiers. Other wise everything was awesome!

Top Notch Comfort!

Super accessible to the the Village, VERY comfortable and clean. Seems management is very attentive to what their residents want and need. Great stay!!

Very clean, GREAT location, cozy little condo

We had a good stay here. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The best part is that it's within walking distance of the Village, even if you're carrying skis or boards. It is very cozy with nice decor, the whole complex is really nice too. We would recommend this property to friends, and since we heard that Mammoth is staying open through July 4, we might try to book it again before then!

Great place and convenient location!

This property was super clean and comfortable. My son and I enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated the close proximity to our favorite restaurants, Morrisons and The Lake Front. Plus, it's a short walk to the Village gondola. We'll certainly stay here again, if available during our next trip to Mammoth.

Cozy but dated. Heater could be more consistent and unit needs a better cleaning.

The heater in this property did not work well in maintaining a comfortable and consistent temperature. We found several examples indicating the unit needs a better cleaning job (piece of cereal on the kitchen floor, hair in upstairs bath, dirt). While the kitchen appeared to be stocked pretty well, the large frying pan was in poor condition and we did not feel comfortable using. Instead we used the smaller one but was inconvenient as it took double the time to make our food. Location was great but would not stay again for these reasons.

Adequate and efficient space for my daughter and me

A touch dated, but perfectly fine - and way better than a hotel! Just hate all the VRBO fees which make the actual per night cost balloon.
