「Do not stay at this property. The photos are outdated and very misleading. Upon arrival, the building looked abandoned and unsettling. The room we were initially assigned was not safe or suitable for sleeping—there were many mosquitoes, and the bathroom was unsanitary. We requested a room transfer and were asked to pay additional money. Even after transferring, the new room still had mosquitoes. Both my child and I ended up with numerous mosquito bites. 「Condition of facilities, room and pool are well arranged, but staff never welcome to guests. Especially the monitoring of the pool is severe, and they force the policy to customers like policeman. However, since the built-in drink is cheap, we family want to use this hotel again.」

The onsite restaurant called ASH was so delicious & such big portions. The food here was probably one of the best meals we ate during our visit to the Philippines. 「I stayed here to catch an early morning express bus to Manila. The nearby shopping mall is about 50 pesos away by tricycle. Amenities are minimal, and I wished there had been a hairdryer. The bed sheets felt damp, possibly because they were freshly washed. The staff were kind and provided courteous service.」
