"While Expedia did not provide the correct room type, the staff graciously upgraded our accommodations. Unfortunately, there were no available rooms on the first floor, which slightly exacerbated my knee issues due to the stairs. The room itself, despite its 1970s aesthetic, was impeccably clean and offered a delightful selection of snacks. The staff was truly exceptional, assisting us even after regular hours. My only minor suggestion would be regarding the single small waste bin in the bathroom; the provided trash bags were quite thin, so I might consider bringing my own bin and bags for future visits. The location was incredibly convenient, and the gated entry provided a wonderful sense of security."
