"Beautiful, little place to stay! We had a weekend of vision planning for the upcoming year for our family and it was so nice being right on the lake. We spent so much time in the screened in porch; it was a great set up! The biggest and only downfall was the house wasn’t super clean. It had been tidied up, but for as many vrbo’s that we’ve stayed in, I’ve never paid that much to not have it be pretty spotless upon arrival. There were lots of bugs, hair, and dusty cobwebs in the corners on the floors/ the windows, in picture frames in the bedroom. Some bug guts smeared on the wall. Some of the walls in the kitchen hasn’t been wiped down of handprints/smears."

"Check in was super easy and convenient. Rooms were adorable, clean, and relatively spacious! Enjoyed the location. Easy to access and close to town! Impressed by the modern amenities and bathroom. Super helpful staff, as tv was difficult to connect to at first. Called service number and employee was kind, patient and helpful as he walked us through the process. Other guests were considerate of quiet time. Overall a wonderful stay and would highly recommend."

"The entire experience was fabulous. We wanted someplace to just be away from our normal routine. It was wonderful to watch all the kids on the lake, the friendly boaters going by. Watching the Loons and a family of ducks. The cabin was very clean and easy to navigate. It was right on the lake. Couldn't get any closer unless you were in it. My husband sat on the deck the entire time and loved it. I drove to Miners Mountain and walked the trails, it was beautiful and only about 17 minutes away. A good place to eat right off the main road, before turning into the road to the cabin. I would recommend this cabin to anyone."

"This was a wonderful vacation spot!! We had a group of 9 (2 families with kids) and there was lots of room for everyone in the cabin. The yard is large and perfect for yard games. We had a Badminton net set up that we brought from home and everyone had a blast enjoying the outdoors. There are 2 canoes that we used for some morning fishing in the little bay the cabin is set back in. The boat launch was in good shape and we enjoyed tubing on Platte Lake nearly every day we were there. I can't say enough positive things about the property, it really was amazing!! Thank you again for making your cabin available for our family vacation!"
