"Hotel is the original Holiday inn in Phuket, rooms at a little tired but otherwise functional, however the bathroom had a funny smell the entire time, however the many issue is that all of the pictures etc., show a pool you do not have access to unless you purchase a premium room. This is not clearly specified! Within the small print it states that certain rooms have a number of pools but there is one poorly taken shot of the main pool with the remainder of the shots being of the pools available only to premium rooms. Also the in hotel shop sold us a faulty bag and then refused to refund. All in all, there are nicer hotels in Phuket for the money, I feel. "

"The rooftop is beautiful with great views. The room were really clean and the staff was really helpful. We enjoyed our stay here and would totally recommend it. Very close to 7/11 and right across pharmacy. Everything you need will be steps away."
