「We stayed early April before the summer season started. Very lovely area, not busy, and able to hear and see the ocean. Small coffee shop nearby, and easy walking distance to the old town (approx 15-20 walk). Imagine in the summer season it may be a little more boisterous in the area, as there are a few bars and clubs under the property. But for our needs was perfect. Mya, was lovely, and always generous with her time to share information about the area.」

「The Apartment was clean and the service was great. Also the view was great. But the pictures of the room we had are wrong in expedia. The apartment was not in the building and not as luxury as in the pictures. This should be changed.」

「The owner was very friendly, the property is well positioned for a quiet stay with good views of the nearby sea fron a very good terrace with sun all day. Negatives - the pool was great but no space for sunbathing, only a single sofa bed for comfortable seating inside, self catering but only has a hob for cooking」

「バス停がすぐ前。レンタカーで来たが駐車場はアパートの裏手の坂を登ったところにあり、入り口まで坂を下りてまた階段を２階登らなければならなかった。バルコニーからの眺望が良い屋根裏部屋。キッチンの窓がベランダに向いていて、食事の出し入れにちょうど良かった。部屋の電球が壊れていたり、タンク式なのでお湯が出なくなったりもした。ちょっと寒かったが、アパート前の緑色の海は波が穏やかで泳げた。２食付きで予約したが、夕食はまあまあ。スープとメイン（２種類から選択）、それにデザートのセット。飲み物を勧められることもなく、ビールはミニマートの2.5倍の値段。朝食はビュッフェでおいしいが、野菜類がない。周りのレストランはほとんどやっていないが、ミニマートが敷地内にあるので便利。前のビーチバーで自転車、バイク、ビーチパラソル、ベットなどを貸し出している。」

「Excellent accueil ! Appartement très propre, très bien agencé, la vue est superbe et la piscine est extraordinaire. Le seul bémol est qu'il se situe en hauteur : il faut gérer les quelques montées pour y accéder mais la vue en vaut la chandelle. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Kuzmanic. Adrian was the most polite and helpfull host, really easy to communicate with. Place was as described, well equipped and super tidy. Nice surprise was breakfast served to our apartment at precise time we wished - I had totally forgotten we booked it! Felt almost too good for this fair cost of accommodation, so we were truly happy to fairly tip for it. :) At the end of September the neighborhood, with quite a lot of apartments, was really quiet. More...

「The location is just perfect - near the beach as well as Rogoznica old town and port, but in quite part. Villa offers easy parking and comfortable apartments. Owners were really friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Hope to stay here again in the future! 」

「旧市街地の中を探しながらたどり着いたが、ホテル名の表示がないのが困り物。ホテルと言うよりアパートメントにキッチンが付いていないホテル、ハウスがぴったりの名前です。部屋は２階でしたが、１階にあるCAFFEのお姉いさんが親切で、声をかけるとすぐに対応してくれたのには、びっくりです。朝食でお世話になるCAFFEです。狭い階段を上がり、狭い部屋ながら機能的にリニュアールしており、問題なし。 WiFiも申し分のない感度。荷物の上げ下ろしが困ったくらいです。」
