"Außergewöhnliche Gastgeber. Wir waren zu Fuß unterwegs und wurden von Marjan ins nächste Dorf gefahren, um einkaufen und Abendessen zu können. Er hat uns eine Stadtrundfahrt gegeben und viel über die Gegend erzählt. Nach der Abreise hatten wir unser Essen im Kühlschrank gegessen. Es war ein Feiertag, an denen die Geschäfte geschlossen hatten. "Mooi en fijn cottage, prachtig gelegen in de heuvels met mooi uitzicht over het wijngebied. Heerlijk om tot rust te komen. Buitenruimte is ook erg mooi en fijn aangelegd met alle comfort. "

"We really liked the apartment. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen had all the necessary tools for preparing meals. The home's amenities were of a high standard. The pool and sauna made our stay more enjoyable, and we gladly used them. We really liked the location of the house - peaceful and quiet surroundings. We would gladly return to this place!"

"The house, as has been indicated by various reviewers is very complete and luxurious. The place is at least 20 min. driving of the first experience, and an hour and more for further trips. Our tips: Grad Podsrema, Grad Brestanica, Terme Castiz, Olimnija Monastery, Zagreb, Defender Jeep Mountain trip in LJublinjana (you can book via Airnbnb), .... Don't expect any guidance of the owners/ managers."

"Ana is a great host and the location is stunning. The accommodation is rustic with a very basic kitchen and downstairs toilet but putting that aside it was great and we would be very happy to visit again."

"What can we say…the property is absolutely amazing. All you can wish for is available. The kids loved the pool, the house has airco in all the rooms, dishwasher, washing machine, Great beds…and the best of all are the hosts. They live across the street and made sure our stay was lovely! They are lovely people. The river Kolpa is reached in 10 minutes by foot and kids can swim there. Our kids loved it. For us this was a 10 out of 10!!"

"It was an amazing weekend spent in Dolenjska. Holiday house Zupan is ideal for families with children and those without. It allows you to relax and unwind, and on the other hand to actively spend your free time. The house is tastefully and stylishly furnished. Visitors immediately feel warm and friendly when they enter."

The breakfast was absolutely perfect — fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. We had restful, uninterrupted sleep every night, with no noise at all, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The surrounding nature is simply stunning and adds to the overall charm of the estate.
