We hadn't received a receipt for the deposit and therefore couldn't prove much. The entire apartment...

「The Hotel is very nice, location perfect, some staff very kind and professional and others simply incompetent. The room cleaning was needy. We didn’t get fresh towels, even they were lying on the floor. No toilet paper refills. The breakfast cutlery sometimes unclean. Bar staff extremely friendly and very sweet. After all a 50/50 recommendation. The value for money is good, so we would come back again. We had a good time! 」

「Awful..booked a quadruple room and it was more like 4 single beds had been thown in a stock cupboard. Only 1 socket in entire room. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. No food allowed. Not 3 star quality more like 2. Glad we only had 1 night stay before moving on. Wolud NEVER book again.」
