Gorgeous house with screens and AC!

Maria couldn’t have been nicer. The dinner she left for us was delicious and she also got us the makings for breakfast! We’ve never had such a nice welcome to a house. The view is terrific and the wind is strong so there are few bugs. The bedrooms have AC which was a huge blessing. Very comfortable house.

15 jours parfaits en famille

Proche de l’aéroport (20MN), de belles plages, du très beau Crete Golf Club (30MN)...nous avons passé 15 jours en famille à 6 personnes (Villa faite pour un confort parfait à 8 adultes). La villa est très bien équipée propre (maison désinfectée par un organisme indépendant) avec une piscine superbe et chaude. Literie, salles de bains, cuisine, BBQ....tout est parfait. 4 espaces pour les différents repas donne à cette villa un réel plus. En plein COVID-19 nous avons bénéficié d’un mois d’août ressemblant plus à une fin septembre. Environnement Calme, restaurants Avec des disponibilités, plages peu fréquentées. Très belle Plage familiale de lygaria à 3 MN en voiture mais difficile à pieds. Et pour finir un excellent accueil de Maria qui a gérer la logistique pendant tout le séjour et avec en plus une gentillesse extrême. A notre arrivée tout avait été prévu pour pouvoir dîner et petit déjeuner le lendemain sans avoir à courir dans un supermarché. Pain, pâtisseries, fruits, légumes eau jus d’oranges café.... De très belles vacances dans une période difficile.

Celebration

We went to Crete to celebrate my 60th birthday with my family and closest friends (7 adults and two children). We have had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house with the most fabulous views! Maria and her family made us feel very welcome. What a surprise when they had prepared a large moussaka and a Greek salad on arrival. We have bathed and played at the beach and the pool during the days and enjoyed the outdoors on the terrace in the evenings. All Maria's recommendations for restaurants were fabulous, whether it was on the beach or anywhere else. We can warmly recommend this accommodation! Ingrid & Tommy with family and friends

Ein toller Urlaub mit wirklich zauberhaften Gastgebern.

Alles tipptopp und wie beschrieben. Der Garten ist gepflegt und der Poolbereich großzügig mit ausreichend Liegen und Stühlen. Maria hat uns am ersten Tag mit essen versorgt und sich rührend um uns gekümmert. Einige Schlafzimmer kann man nicht komplett abdunkeln. Einige Matratzen könnten weicher sein. TV und Musikanlage funktionieren nur eingeschränkt. Trotz dieser kleinen Mängel ein super Urlaub und sehr zu empfehlen.

PERFECTION

Without doubt this has been one of the best places we have stayed in. A simply great location with magnificent views all round. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome by the owner Maria & her daughter Iro. We have never before arrived to a ready made meal (for six); a wonderful mousaka & salad - brilliant. Often after the villa had been serviced we'd find cakes in the fridge - even more brilliant. Absolutely great service. Everything about the villa felt right. Very comfortable with plenty of seating, an inner courtyard a great barbecue & a magnificent pool to cool down in after a lazy day in the sun. Just down the road Lygaria beach is a great place to while away the time with a good few restaurants & bars in which to wine & dine. For a special experience Kri Kri in Agio Pelygaria is a great place to dine, lunch or dinner - Georgio will ensure you'll have a meal to remember.

Great Great Great !

Wir haben 5 Tage in dieser traumhaften Villa verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Bilder sprechen ja eigentlich schon Bände, aber da ist nicht geschönt! Im Gegenteil, unserer Erwartungen wurden noch übertroffen. Neben der Villa und der allgemein sehrt gepflegten und luxuriösen Anlage sei noch die tolle Gastfreundschaft der Besitzer erwähnt. Maria und ihre Tochter haben uns sehr nett empfangen und betreut. Auf alle Wünsche wurde sofort und unkompliziert reagiert. Ungewöhnlich und daher besonders erwähnenswert ist, dass bei unserer Ankunft ein Essen vorbereitet und der Kühlschrank zur freien Verfügung mit allerlei Leckereien und Obst, sowie Getränken gefüllt war. Wir sind schon viel gereist, aber das war schon aussergewöhnlich! Der Ort liegt etwas abseits und ist sehr ruhig. Wenige Meter vor der Villa befindet sich ein Hotel, in dem man recht günstig essen kann. Nichts besonderes, aber sicher besser, als viele Restaurant in den reinen Touristengegenden. Ein PKW ist dringend notwendig, da neben dem Hotel und einem kleinen Supermarkt nichts in der fussläufig erreichbaren Umgebung ist . Die Villa ist auf einem Berg gelegen, was einen fantastischen Ausblick auf das Meer garantiert. Es ist dadurch allerdings auch sehr windig, was in der Vor-und Nachsaison teilweise etwas frösteln läßt. Geeignet für alle, die es gern sehr komfortabel haben und auf Touristentrubel verzichten möchten. A great thanks and kiss to Maria and family!

Amazing!!

Photo's do not do this villa justice... we arrived late in the evening to be greeted by Maria and her Husband, and the most delicious moussaka!! As 2 families traveling, we were looking for a place to relax but big enough for the kids to run around. This villa ticked all our boxes and more. The rooms were spacious and well equipped, there was a huge variety of sitting areas, the pool was crystal clear and inviting, and the location was secluded yet easy to access. And I can't forgot the table tennis which provided hours of entertainment. We can not thank Maria and her family enough for letting us stay in their amazing villa. We hope to be back very soon!!

Maria and her villa are AMAZING

I can't thank Maria enough for her warmth and hospitality. She is genuinely one of the sweetest people I have ever met and she and her lovely daughter made our stay a pleasure. The villa, incredibly, looks even better in real life, too! Don't hesitate to book, you will not regret it. Formed some absolutely incredible memories in Crete and for that I am so grateful. This place is worth more than just 5*'s.
