Elegant and serene, Alta Vista Villas offers a calming retreat with soft, sunlit interiors and panoramic views of the Cretan Sea. Located on the hilltop of Agia Pelagia, Alta Vista Villas consists of two villas, Villa Ouranos & Villa Helios located right next to each other.Ground Floor

Designed with clean lines and a soothing palette, these villas exude understated luxury and modern comfort. Perfectly crafted for relaxation and comfort, the villa features two ensuite bedrooms and can accommodate up to four guests--or five if needed. Spread across three thoughtfully designed levels, it seamlessly blends stylish interiors with exceptional views.


Ground Floor:
- Living room: Plush sofa (0.80m x 2.00m) that can accommodate an extra guest, a fireplace, a 55" TV, cozy fireplace, and SONY Bluetooth speaker
- Spacious dining table for six
- Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances for self-catered meals
- Convenient half-bathroom
- Glass doors lead directly to the pool terrace with stunning sea and infinity pool views


Bedroom 1: King-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), ensuite bathroom with stand-up shower, blackout curtains, mosquito nets, ceiling fan, and self-controlled A/C, a vanity with mirror and safe deposit box, a unique flip-down 44" ceiling TV and direct access to the pool terrace with views of the Cretan Sea


Top Floor - Relaxation Zone
- A Private Jacuzzi with six hydromassage jets, ideal for sunrise or sunset soaks. Panoramic views of the endless blue horizon


Lower Floor - Wellness & Comfort
- Private Sauna: Spacious enough for group use
- Adjacent stand-up shower for a complete spa experience
- Laundry Room: BOSCH dryer and LG washing machine


Bedroom 2: Two twin beds (0.90m x 2.00m) convertible to a king (1.80m x 2.00m) upon request, ensuite bathroom with double sinks and stand-up shower, a flip-down 44" ceiling TV, a ceiling fan and self-controlled A/C, a vanity with mirror and closet and a private balcony


Outdoor area
The exterior of Villa Helios covers 53 m2 and offers many facilities, including:
- A private, 20 sq.m. infinity swimming pool, 1.4 m deep and utilizing saltwater electrolysis, providing a more natural and refreshing swimming experience. The pool can also be heated at an additional daily charge, upon request.
- The pool area is equipped with 3 sun beds, two poof loungers, a poolside shower, and one umbrella.
- GRILLMASTER gas BBQ grill with a single gas hob, under a shaded pergola
- ?utdoor dining area for 4 guests under a shaded pergola
- ?utdoor sitting area
- Parking space for 2 cars inside the villa premises.
- The whole villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance that offers security and full privacy to our guests.


Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check in.

Perfect, peaceful 2 weeks away. The villa did not disappoint and was exactly as seen in the fantastic photographs. The sauna and spa were added treats but the view from the bedroom across the pool to the bay below were a spectacular way to wake up every day. Panos and the concierge team were delightful and helped us to enjoy an stress-free stay. We'll be back!
