"Positives: The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay. Negatives: Unfortunately, my experience had a few issues. I didn’t receive the suite I had booked for the first night and had to switch rooms the next day, which was quite inconvenient. The bathroom also had a persistent unpleasant smell during my stay. Additionally, I noticed that the room charges were higher than my original booking price. While the staff corrected it after I raised the concern, it’s not ideal—especially for guests who opt for express checkout and may not notice the discrepancy."

"We loved our stay at the Graystone. It was clean, cozy, safe, great neighborhood. The beds were so comfortable and every amenity was considered. There were snacks, coffee, ice, toiletries... you really could not ask for more. Great walking area. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Chicago. Thanks John for a wonderful stay! "
