「Horrible place!! Mold in fridge, yellow stains on sheets. EXTREMELY rude hotel staff」

「I traveled with my family to RIS Dalma and had a wonderful experience! The host was super responsive, the place was very clean, and the entire staff—whether at the front desk, reception, housekeeping, or breakfast—were incredibly kind, positive, caring, and respectful. We especially loved Hasmic, Edward, and another lovely lady at the reception whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask. They were all so welcoming and helpful. 「Very friendly and kind staffs! I stopped Yerevan 1 night to see Khor Virap and arrived from Tbilisi at evening time. I asked staff to arrange car and they arranged it so smoothly with various suggestions. I checked out hotel at very early morning and asked to call taxi. They arranged so smoothly with kind suggestions! Comfortable equipment, kind staffs, I really recommend this hotel. I am traveling around the worlds and stayed so many international hotels. But I really recommend this hotel.」

「Everybody has problems with opening of the room door. Sometimes it worked and most of time we had to ask for help. The location was far from tourist attraction with lots of traffic and wate of time.」

「It's a convenient, cozy place to stay near Yerevan's center. The room and bath were spacious enough, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only improvements would be to have an elevator to the third floor and a coffee/tea station in the room.」

「Clean , breakfast」

「Location was terrific, very central & easily walkable to main attractions. Hotel had lift, room was clean & very comfortable, nice size shower & bathroom. With our schedule we didn’t have breakfast as told not available until 8.30am. Staff were welcoming but insisted we still had to pay for our stay. I had to provide proof we had already paid in full before arrival, not sure why but all okay by time we departed」

「ロケーションは良いとは言えないが、宿泊価格等を考えると満足でした。」
