This beautiful newly built and modern apartment features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, offering an ideal space for a comfortable stay in Málaga.
Upon entering the apartment, you are greeted by an entrance hall that leads directly to the fully equipped kitchen, which is open to the living room. The living room, modern and elegantly decorated, includes a sofa bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to 5 people. From the living room, you access a small private terrace with 2 chairs and a table, perfect for enjoying the pleasant Málaga weather.
The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and the other with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m). Both bedrooms are equipped with a TV for added comfort. The apartment also features another full bathroom with a bathtub.
Additional amenities include private parking and a magnificent rooftop solarium with a pool open year-round (except for January and February) from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The solarium also includes a sunbathing area, barbecue, and dining area, all for communal use.

Het appartement ligt ongeveer 15 minuten lopen van het centrum en te voet is veel te bereiken. Echter wat gebreken in het appartement dienen voor verhuur toch echt hersteld te worden.
1. Grote scheuren in de wanden van de kinderslaapkamer.
2. De schuifdeur en het schuifraam van de slaapkamer gingen wel dicht , maar vielen niet in het slot. Bleven dus dag en nacht open. Op de kinderslaapkamer ging dat wel.
3. Een grote roestende vlek in het bad.
4. Het verduisteringsgordijn in de grote slaapkamer bleef hangen; in de nacht moeilijk slapen met verlichting van de straat en de bouwplaats 3 deuren verder.
5. Tevens werden gedurende de nacht het grootmateriaal voor de bouw van het complex geleverd. Meestal tussen 02.00 en 03.00 uur. Erg lastig.
6. De kraan met materiaal die dan boven de keuken schommelde, gaf regelmatig een ongemakkelijk gevoel.
7. De deur van de koelkast was los. Je opent de kast eerst met het deurpaneel wat los zat en dan frutste je volgende deur open met je vingers, want hier zat geen handvat aan.
Verder vonden wij de ruimte zelf echt wel oké.
