Picasuss Loft are our studios located in the popular Malaga neighborhood of Torcal on Gaucín Street, allowing you to experience our beautiful city as if you were a regular resident.

Around you will find all kinds of services: supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, and restaurants. An island of tranquility within an authentic and popular neighborhood.

Just 50 meters from the studios, you will find the Torcal Metro Station, from where you can reach the Cathedral Station in just 10 minutes. Additionally, the studios are very close to the Victoria Kent Train Station, which will connect you to various destinations on the Costa del Sol.

The beach and Antonio Banderas promenade are located 800 meters straight ahead (10 minutes walking) with numerous beach bars, restaurants, tapas, sports areas, etc.

The decoration of these studios has been meticulously cared for, paying attention to every detail and corner with an Industrial-Urban style.

The 3.85-meter high ceilings provide great visual spaciousness, and the large windows offer abundant natural light.

The 33 m² studios feature: a double bed of 150 x 190, a private bathroom with a shower, glass partition, and hairdryer. The living area includes a140 x 190 spring sofa bed, and a 43-inch Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, microwave with grill, washing machine, Italian coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, etc.

There is a split air conditioning system for heating and cooling in the bedroom and living area.

Free high-speed WiFi, iron, ironing board, and drying rack are also provided.

They are located on the ground floor, allowing easy access for people with reduced mobility, as well as for baby strollers.

Highlights: lots of natural light, tranquility, and brand new. Everything is designed so you only have to worry about enjoying your stay.

Extras

A crib is available for an additional cost of €5.00 per day.

The baby kit (crib, bath, high chair) has an extra charge of €10.00 per day.
