- Entrance facade: It has free private parking for your comfort and small garden.
- Rooms (3): A nice room with a double bed, balcony and private bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds.
- Bathrooms (2,5): Two very clean bathrooms (The double with shower and bath, and the other bathroom with shower) and a toilet on the ground floor impeccable. All with handle for people with reduced mobility, towels, hair dryer and other things.
- Living room: It has a nice living room with large dining room, 42 "3D Smart TV, DVD with several movies and a Nintendo of the 90s, books and exquisite fireplace with optional firewood.
- Kitchen: Large kitchen with all necessary utensils and appliances; washing machine 8 kg, dishwasher, 2-meter refrigerator, microwave etc. He will not miss anything.
- Basement: A beautiful space to enjoy and relax from the long day with a fantastic games room with exercise machine, table football, pool table, for fun and meetings, and two extra beds.
- Rear garden: An ideal place to sunbathe on your deckchair, also on your terrace has chairs and a small table space ideal also for smokers.

Guests must present at the time of Check in, an identity document, ID or passport to complete a registration form as required by law to lodgings legally constituted. Only people who have booked can enter
We do not charge for cleaning! but we reserve the right to spend a charge of € 35 if guests leave the house in poor condition. Smoking is not allowed inside, but you can do it comfortably on their terraces.
