Modern studio apartment located on the first floor of a quiet building with only three studios in total, one on each floor. On the fourth floor, guests can enjoy a spacious and sunny shared terrace. The building has a lift and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

Located in a quiet area of Málaga’s Centro District, next to the historic Salamanca Market, one of the city’s most popular and iconic markets, with its beautiful monumental façade. From the apartment, you can easily walk to the main museums, monuments and streets of Málaga’s historic centre.

Very bright and fully equipped, the studio features air conditioning with heating, a washing machine, Smart TV and free Wi-Fi. The modern and functional kitchen includes a ceramic hob, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine and everything needed for cooking.

– FEATURES:

This is a studio apartment with a spacious open-plan layout combining the living area, kitchen and sleeping area in one space. It includes a sitting area with sofa bed and Smart TV, a modern well-equipped kitchen and a bed. There is also a modern bathroom with shower, hairdryer and space for the washing machine.

– SERVICES:

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, Italian coffee maker, capsule coffee machine, kettle and kitchen utensils.

The apartment offers good-quality Wi-Fi and all the necessary comforts for our guests: air conditioning with heating, hairdryer, Smart TV and iron.

In addition, guests have access to an exclusive free non-hospital medical assistance service during their stay.

– LOCATION:

The studio is exceptionally well located next to Salamanca Market, in Málaga’s Centro District. The Rando Museum and other cultural attractions are also nearby. The area offers supermarkets, local shops and all kinds of services.

– GETTING AROUND:

Thanks to its location, you can walk to the main monuments, museums and tourist attractions in the historic centre. It is also easily accessible from the airport and from the main train and bus stations.

– GOOD TO KNOW:

This is a tourist accommodation that complies with the requirements of Olédays’ EcoFriendly certification.

Exclusive and Secure Access: The building features a modern access control system. You can enter your studio through the standard door (using the smart lock) or step directly into your apartment from the elevator. To guarantee your complete privacy and peace of mind, the elevator operates with an electronic permission system: no one else will be able to access your floor during your stay, as the elevator will only respond to your personal virtual key. With your key, you will only have access to your specific apartment floor and the 4th floor, where you can relax on our large shared sun terrace.

Terrace: the building’s terrace, located on the fourth floor, is shared by the guests of the three apartments. It can be accessed either by stairs or by lift.

No smoking: smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or in the common areas of the building. Smoking is permitted on the terrace.

Check-in: check-in is from 15:00 onwards. However, we try to adapt to our guests’ arrival needs whenever possible and upon request.

Pets: pets are welcome. Their owners will be responsible for their wellbeing and for any possible damage they may cause. A supplement of €20 per pet applies for cleaning. We can provide a pet bed and food/water bowls upon prior request.
