"A very poor experience. Nothing on Hotel.com prepares you for the fact that you need to book in to another hotel's reception nor that when you try to do so the receptionist will deny knowing anything about the procedure. Nor will you know that, when you phone the hotel, they will sigh in exasperation that you cannot speak German and that they will be pretty rude to you. Add to the above that it took 45 minutes to check us in to a pre-booked reservation and the room service called at 8am and...

"Hotel je sice 2*, lebo vacsina izieb je kupelneho este socialistickeho zriadenia. Ale tieto nove v pristavbe su krasne a moderne, skor take 3*+, mozno aj 4* by som dala. Postel velmi pohodlna, kupelna priestranna, moderne zariadene. Citila som sa moc fajn. Ranajky boli tak akurat, bufet sice nehyril velkym vyberom, ale uplne postacuje a vystihuje tie 2*. Dakujem velmi pekne"

My only negative was the habit that many Slovakian hotels have of using single beds and placing them together (while still made up as single beds) and claiming this to be a double or king bed. Fatigués de la route, nous acceptons de payer (encaissement du surplus en liquide donc pas de preuve...)
