Our apartment was really neat and compact, pretty much everything we needed was there. The pool area was great and well-used by us during the heat wave. The view from the balcony was just breathtaking; the sea, the city and the mountains, unbelievably beautiful! We truly enjoyed having a big balcony to enjoy it!
The location might be a bit challenging if you had problems with your health/ your legs and didn’t have a car but it worked for us perfectly; there’s parking space for your car and it’s a short walk downhill to the city centre. You can always take a taxi back up if you don’t feel like hiking!
The host Marija was exceptionally welcoming, hospitable and flexible plus very helpful with everything we needed.
The only little thing that I was kind of missing was a small fan in the bedroom; the cool air from the A/C didn’t really manage to cool the bedroom enough during the heatwave. And keeping the balcony door open instead the A/C on didn’t quite work either, because the outside air was so warm at nights and also the nightlife noise from the city was surprisingly loud. But other than that, our stay was just perfect!
