"The customer service at this place is outstanding! I loved that they accepted payments by card. I also love that they did cash back. I had a family member who was with us who described this place as superb!! The setup of the rooms is pretty in terms of the bedding that’s used. I absolutely loved that there was hot water majority of the times in the shower and it was hot water like I haven’t experienced very often in guesthouses in India. Our room was at the front of the property overlooking a very busy road. It was not sound proof at all. Staff was good, reaponsive. Parking is available, but accessing it is a hassle. Top Majorda Hotel Reviews

The St. Regis Goa Resort

The St. Regis Goa Resort

8/10 Good
"Indeed the best and the most premium property in Goa. Food is amazing in all the restaurants. I wish they could upgrade all TVs to smart TV, who watches cable TV or Tata Sky and that too most of the channels not subscribed to by the hotel. Very frustrating indeed. Amazon sticks are few available and that also didn’t work as no one can log into their account for the reason the last guest used a PIN in Amazon account to access Fire Tv account. Lastly Gym and Spa needs a big time upgrade. Hope to see these small changes on our next visit."
