"We arrived around 8 pm. We had contacted them because we were not sure if we could check in on time, but that was no problem at all. We were received very friendly. The owners were also easy to reach for questions and they responded quickly. The apartment is very complete. Nice terrace, great kitchen with all amenities, washing machine, great bed and large TV. "Die Lage des Hauses ist toll. Die Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Kommunikation waren hervorragend. Denise kümmert sich super nett und sehr schnell um alle Anfragen. Das Einzige, was uns manchmal gestört hat, war Lärm von der Baustelle gegenüber. Aber nur tagsüber, morgens und abends war Ruhe. Wir sind dann einfach an den Strand gefahren.😉"

"The property was lovely, it would have been good if we told in advance that we had to pay an extra €6 per day to heat the pool. The pool was cold and dirty for most of the first week. The pillows were too thin and one double bed needs mattress changing due to sagging. Juan was very helpful and answered all questions quickly."

"Very attentive, friendly service at reception. Rooms very comfortable & very clean. Pool area very calm & welcoming. Good choice of buffet food & service in restaurant good. Evening entertainment, enjoyable. Only complaint, piano bar staff on one night visited were slow & unfriendly. Overall, would highly, definitely recommend for a quiet, luxury get away. Puerto Calero lovely walk to nearby with various boat trips."

"I stayed here for 4 nights and was very impressed. The hotel was very clean and modern. It was basic but for the value price this was expected. The pool area was great and I loved the no sun bed blocking rule, it made getting a sunbed easy everyday. The staff were a highlight as they were always cheerful, friendly and approachable (especially at the pool bar). We only had breakfast once but it was tasty and quite varied. As a couple, we had an amazing stay and would definitely stay again!"
