Convenient location

A convenient place to stay overnight. Close to the highway but very quiet. Our front door code didn’t seem to work but a quick phone call and it was easily resolved. Room was spacious & comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Thornton is a lovely location. We stayed in The Arnott room which I would call a suite - lounge, bedding etc. the room is equipped with a bar fridge, microwave, kettle, cups, mugs, saucers for two people. Bathroom is spacious. Free wifi was good. Would stay again.

Thornton stay

Quiet hotel good location but a bit hard to find with divided road and being tucked in behind an industrial area, Very clean and spacious and quiet.

Property was a little out of the way & remote when arriving in the dark. In easy driving distance of the bowls club where we had excellent Chinese meal. Room was clean & there were bowls, cups, cutlery provided with a microwave. We arrived in the dark & left at daybreak. Great for an overnight stop between QLD & Vic. I couldn’t rate staff because there aren’t any on site.

The property was located close to a highway however it was very quiet. Property was a little out of the way with dining possibilities however we had a vehicle and it wasn’t an impost. Room was spacious, bed was firm which was a bonus and bathroom modern and also spacious.

I was surprised that this property had no reception. I booked thru wotif and then had to phone hotel to get access via keypad on front door to enter property and again for the room, tho that was easily dealt with over the phone in minutes. Very basic room, tho large in size No furniture except a king size bed and 1 tub chair. Bed was comfortable. Several eating establishments within driving distance. No phone or wifi reception in room.

The property was easy to find. Check in was not difficult and the codes arrived after about 45 mins from booking. The room was very spacious and had the usual facilities needed. We were on the first floor and there was a lift available which was a big bonus. The bed was very comfortable and one of the best we have slept in on our travels. I would definitely recommend this property.

The property was ok. The bed was terribly hard and today I have an extremely sore back. The shower had very little pressure and the towels offered were very small and you were unable to wrap yourself in the towel. The room was clean and I liked the fact that the codes were sent to my phone. It was an easy check in check out. I probably wouldn’t pay $161 a night again for the room.
