The apartment is equipped with: air conditioning, heating, free wi-fi, washing machine, flat-screen TV, safe, iron / ironing board, bed linen and towels, hairdryer, as well as direct assistance to both arrival during the stay.
The kitchen is well equipped with a 4-burner electric stove, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian coffee machine, as well as a table with chairs.
The large private terrace, accessible both from the living and from the bedroom, is equipped with hot shower, patio, deck / sunbed and table to have lunch in complete relaxation, enjoying a breathtaking view of the town and the sea.

Parking:
- parking available on request at the price of 30 Euro per day in a private facility with valet service. Reservation required prior to arrival.

Tourist tax:
- the tourist tax of €2.00 per person per night is requested upon arrival. By municipal resolution, the collection is expected for the whole year.
