Climbing narrow staircases with loose and /or no railings. Recommend bedrooms on second floor with 2 piece bathroom added. #2. fire safety . One door in and out. Not sure how this could be better but I’d hate to have to climb out of the third floor bedrooms through a dormer window onto that steep...

"Wir verbrachten 4 Nächte in der Wohnung. Sie ist gut gelegen und ist eigentlich eine schöne Wohnung. Allerdings war es nicht sauber, staubig und verschmutzt. Es war ein sehr heißes Wochenende, leider hatte der Kühlschrank kein Eisfach und den Balkon konnte man nicht benutzten, da es keinerlei Möbel gab. "I was looking for a nice accommodation with reasonable distance of about an hour or less to Frankfurt Airport the night before a morning flight. There was a giant auto manufacturing show/conference in Frankfurt the week of our Germany visit and hotels directly in and around the city were astronomically expensive (all over 300 Euros). We found this hotel and were really grateful. The room was clean, comfortable, and reasonably appointed for our quick stay. Access to A3 was fast, yet the hotel was nice and quiet. We didn't get to enjoy the restaurant as we had eaten before we arrived (and left early), but it looked great. Parking in the lot is limited, but the hotel messaged with a map of the area around the hotel and outlined a public parking lot about a block away that was easy to utilize instead."

"The room was clean. However, the use of artificial fibres in some of the bedding and particularly in the mattress cover meant that sleeping was lees comfortable than we are used to. Towel changes did not always happen, which during hot weather was not good. There was no shaver point in the bathroom. A mirror in the breakfast room was spattered and dirty throughout our stay which was in contrast to most clean public spaces. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was adequate but resulted in minor damage to our car which cost us heavily with our hire company. Disabled access into the hotel is difficult and main pedestrian access is via steps. Internal access is also challenging for those with mobility issues."

"Our stay at the lake hotel was simply wonderful. The room was very spacious, cozy, and tastefully furnished. It was spotlessly clean, and the bed was excellent. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, and the evening meals were outstanding. We especially enjoyed the sauna, the hotel’s private beach right on the lake, and our large terrace. In short, we highly recommend this hotel."

"Hervorragendes Haus für unser Familientreffen um 20 Personen mit vielen Möglichkeiten. Saubere separate Räume für zwei bis vier Personen. Spielzimmer und Trampolin wurden von unseren vier Kindern zwischen 3 und 12 sehr gerne genutzt. Die Küche bietet alles Notwendige für eine Gruppe dieser Größe. Ansprechende und stilvolle Einrichtung. Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber. Wir werden gerne wieder buchen!"
