「Night staff upon arrival was not communicative, not a welcome word makes the guest uncomfortable」

「Everything was great, but I didn’t like the breakfast.」

「Room had water coming in from the storm. Leaking in around A/c unit First let down was the amenity box for the supreme or superior room. Wasn’t there as promised. 「Clean room」

「Terrible! awful! When we got up in the morning,we found many many winged ant or white ant in bath room, toilet paper, and desk....and so on. We felt bad very very much. I almost threw up! And, room is old, front staff was not kind. We paid $96 for such the worst hotel! Unbelievable.Terrible.We never forget this awful experience. And,we never book again this hotel.」

「First of, there's no Ocean View at all. All you see is the street and the restaurants. It's a 2 mins walk to the water. The rooms need an update. Seriously please stop promoting it as beach front or ocean view. That's the main reason we book here and is not. We feel scammed.」

「Hotel is a nice place for the money. Room was very large.」
