"Check in was efficient and thorough, but not particularly warm. Was welcoming, but in a perfunctory (scripted) manner. The fresh cookies were a nice surprise! Parking is in a parking structure behind the hotel and included in-out-privileges, costs $21/day. How to get to the garage and what to do was well explained. We had a deluxe suite. Separate thermostats for the bedroom and the living space (nice!). Linens for the sofa bed were provided in the low dresser in the living room, under the tv. Spacious. Super clean. The kitchen area was large and well stocked, but had the very tiniest of fridges, even though there was space for a larger one. Everything very comfortable. I was sure I had booked a river view room, but we were given a city view room, and the hotel was sold out for the weekend, so there was no possibility to change it. I'm sorting out the mix-up with hotels dot com after the fact. They are checking with the hotel, but in the meantime hotels dot com has already issued me a credit directly, which is excellent service."

"I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The cleanliness was absolutely excellent, and the entire place was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They truly made me feel at home and made my stay even more enjoyable. This is definitely one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at in Windsor. Whenever I visit Windsor again, I will absolutely choose this beautiful hotel without hesitation. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
