「The location was great, the grounds of the resort are well kept and look amazing, the room was great and also on a great location, CLEAN! The resort service was horrible, the ladies at the check in were nice, but had not received our reservation, I had to call VRBO, they tried to get me to call another number, but I refused to do so, I booked it trough VRBO and I expect them to assist me. The service at the restaurants is very slow, pool bar was the same slow service. I am happy we enjoy this...

「We really like the Marriott timeshares for the combination of roomy condos with kitchens and washer/dryer while also having the amenities of a resort. I was really glad to be able to book this one via VRBO as it was sold out directly with Marriott.」

「My wife and I celebrated our 23rd anniversary in this beautiful villa. The owner Chris is beyond helpful and so easy to work with! Everything listed is accurate and we used this location, along with a rental car, to explore St. Thomas and St. John (used the car barge). The villa was exceptionally clean and the view is breathtaking. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.」

「Found out it was booked 2 weeks before the trip only because I had Expedia call the host(in responsive) They said I have nothing to worry about then refunded my money. But not the flights. Got credits less fees. This should have never been listed as available. Merry Christmas!」

「The room was dark and depressing and the second bedroom looked like a low rent apartment in Los Angeles. There was one, unremarkable restaurant at the hotel and no room service. Breakfast entailed walking across the property to a deli/mini mart that was akin to airport food (mostly grab and go). Tons of staff driving empty shuttles around, but no room service and minimal housekeeping? Housekeeping only comes every other day and, so, technically, only came once during our 5 day stay and didn't...

「The staff at Margaritaville was excellent. They were pleasant, supportive and there to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. It was easy access to Coki Beach and the Coral World Sea Park, which was an awesome experience. The room was spacious and comfortable and provided easy access to the amenities at the resort. Unfortunately, while we were there, they did close down one of the two pools and pool bars for renovations, but it had to be done sometime. There were two TVs in the room, but...
