「Das Personal im Hotel war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Chef an der Rezeption hat mir sehr geholfen, nachdem ich mit Expedia Probleme hatte. Die Kellner waren sehr aufmerksam und nett. Die Chef-Animateurin Sonja und ihr Team waren nett und freundlich, wir hatten viel Spaß. 」

「Bijzonder fraai hotel qua inrichting, prachtige tuin, groot en mooi zwembad, restaurant met zeer uitgebreide buffetten.」

「Hotel 3-stars max. They have a wifi but no internet. The food is terrible. Plan on eating outside the hotel like we did. Pool is dirty and the towels look and feel like they served for 2 decades」

「 We came to Tunisia as my partners sister was getting married and it was closer to where he lived in Telboulba . Arriving on a Friday we checked in at 3pm and we was showed our room which I very disappointing . It was small dark and out dated room . The bed was very uncomfortable . The air condition was not working up to standard . The next day we had to complain about the room and asked them to move us to a better room with a good location . We viewed about 3 rooms which was all the same...

「Aucune crédibilité par cet hôtel. On'a payé pour un stationnement en arrivant ils nous disent "pas de place stationner sur la rue". Pas de wifi, alors que c'est écrit qu'il y a le wifi dans les aires communes. Chambres mal propres. Pas d'accessoires de sal de bains. Il faut réclamer, à chaque fois qu'on voulait un service déjà annoncé et payé (exemple: serviettes, literie, shampoing, savon, etc.). Bref, je ne recommande pas et je ne retournerai jamais.」

「Dans sa majorité notre séjour s'est bien passé. Un petit bémol suite a l'indisponibilité de la climatisation alors qu'il restait plus de 30° a l'extérieur. 」

The staff is dedicated to serve its customers with a great and positive attitude. As of to date, this hotel has the best quality over cost ratio. Keep up the good work and you will be there as a five star hotel. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I will be returning with my family in the near future. 」
