On the edge of Lake Memphremagog, completely renovated and decorated to date. Magnificent view of the lake and the marina (the first photo is the view from the balcony)! A complete bedroom on the mezzanine + a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. New fully equipped kitchen with quartz counter, stove with oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave hood, coffee maker and toaster. Conditioning. Wood fireplace (ecological log only $). Cable TV in the living room (dvd) and in the bedroom. Outdoor and indoor pool, spa, sauna and gym. Free WIFI. Bedding included. Short-term dock rental at the marina, which is a 3-minute walk from the condo. Comfort guaranteed in our cozy little condo! Located on the 3rd floor, without elevator. The condo was beautifully renovated and had everything that we needed. The facilities (hot tub, pool, sauna) were clean. The view was terrific. We will come back here, perhaps in the summer next time. Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us!

The location beside the lake and the 10-15 minute walk up to Main Street were the highlights of our stay. There are several great restaurants within walking distance. The condo was well equipped. We cooked all our breakfasts and one supper and we had all the amenities we needed. We used the pool, hot tub and sauna once and it was great. The only difficulty for older clients would be the walking up to the 3rd floor with your suitcase and supplies and the steep stairs up to the bedroom inside the condo. We managed fine but I could see it being an issue with older people. Overall it was great.

Evening in Magog

Very clean, quiet, well appointed condo. First night on our trip from Maine to Minnesota. Beautiful view of the lake. The train whistle got our attention quickly at 10 PM. We need a longer stay here in the summer. If you don't speak French, Google Translate is a wonderful assistant.

Perfect weekend by the water.

Absolutely wonderful. Perfect spot for our weekend. I know the area but didn’t realize this hidden gem. Very charming place. Fully renovated with amazing taste. Every thing was super clean. Very well organized and well managed property. The condo growns very well kept. Great view of the water, beautiful sunset from the peninsula/ waters edge part of the association property. Easy and safe walking into the town. Highly recommended!

Très satisfaits de notre séjour chez Josée!

Nous avons passé 10 jours chez Josée et avons pu profiter aisément de toutes les commodités du site. Le logement était très propre, fraîchement rénové et très bien équipé. Il est idéalement placé pour découvrir les environs. La communication avec Josée fut très facile et nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement :). Nous n'hésiterions pas à y retourner :).
