「Jeff was great in his communication, tips, advice, and local information that he shared with us prior to our check-in. This was very helpful, and I only wish we had more time to have explored the area more, but we were taking a weekend course at Wheaton Arts. The home was just as pictured, well stocked, tastefully decorated, and everything was really wonderful. Perfect for the girls' weekend that we had! Will definitely return. 「This is a wonderful place to simply relax. It’s away from all the hustle but close enough to visit if you want to. The sunrise is spectacular with lots of wildlife. 「The property has some quirks and could use some updating. Ultimately it served are needs and there were all sorts of great things on site like kayaks. The view is what makes the property. 「We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. There are beautiful views of the national wildlife refuge, and sunsets over it, from the back deck. Then a one minute walk over to the beach for the sunrises over the bay. The owners were also very friendly and responsive to any questions or issues we had. We would definately love to rent this home again, when we take another vacation down to Deleware!」
