「New property, staff was friendly and helpful. There is no elevator, just 2 sets of stairs. The room has a fridge and microwave as well as an ice bucket but there are no ice machines on the property. There is a washer and dryer, very expensive $4 per load. Water pressure is very soft. A/C was good, blew cold!! For the area, it was a decent stay for needing close to the ballpark.」

「This VRBO was the total package. Everything from the host, to the amenities, location and cost! Outstanding stay and will for sure rent again.」

「Clean convenient hotel near walkable and drivable restaurants . Plenty of spacious lobby desk space for working and had some private areas. Small bar and market area with decent dessert and snack selection . TVs to be able to watch on in the lobby area. One minor surprise was that Hyatt charged $15 for parking which is unusual for a suburban hotel location.」

「The staff promptly fixed our TV. The room needed repairs and was unattractive with uncomfortable chairs and beds. No Kleenex available. The breakfast was very limited and unappealing: packaged sweet pastries, sweet dry cereal and Cheerios, sweetened packaged oatmeal, and a few pieces unpeeled fruit. The staff in the office weren’t present unless you picked up the office phone to call them; then it took time for them to be available! We won’t be back.」
