"Shelly was very friendly and helpful. She has great customer service. The only thing I didn’t like was people staying in the hotel was beating on our door really loud and running around 2-3am multiple times. This happed both nights we were there. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay."

"The stay was very comfortable. I didnt like having an handicap room. Also the paiht on the tub was chipping and the handle was broken. Not sure if the use teash bags buy no trash bags in any of the trash cans No other issues"

"Room was not cleaned while we were there. Shower was the absolute worst. Just a drizzle and pray you get your underside clean. Pool was gross and green and filter was not running. The hot tub was foamy and had sand in the bottom. Kids in the pool screaming until after 9:30, but nothing can be done about that. We just decided to spend more next time and go somewhere nice."

"The room was pretty clean, with a balcony and pool and beach view. The pool has a lazy river and it’s kept up nicely. The staff was friendly other than a few of them that seemed to be always in a bad mood. You know the type. But overall, great stay, would stay there again."
