「Wonderful property and getaway. Very comfortable and relaxing. Had everything you would need.」

「As soon as we walked up to the door it smelled musty. Inside you could smell cleaner & staleness. When I saw a mouse run across the floor, I immediately left & contacted the owner. We were unable to stay there. My calls & texts were eventually ignored. I have been using VRBO for 30 yrs with no issues and unfortunately cannot recommend this place to anyone.」

This location is for those that are looking to get of the beaten track and in the true sense of the term "get away" . Especially if you are looking for the "Fall-Vibe" of spectacular scenery and weather. The accommodation were clean both in the cottage, hot tub, and the overall property. If you want water fun or a relaxing moment in the hot tub or hang out in the sun...

「The property is quiet， spacious，and fully equipped with all the essentials needed for comfortable stay. The host was prompt to respond and even let us check in early for the stay. The property also has kayak boat and paddle board for outdoor fun, there’s never a dull moment. I would highly recommended to all friends and family members!」

「Excellent waterfront property just on the outskirts of the village of Kearney. Our group was on a spring ATV trip. The property is close to the trails and the amenities of Kearney. The cottage is clean, roomy and comfortable. We will certainly return. Thanks Bradley」
