This vacation home with private swimming pool is located in a beautiful hilly position about 3 km from the small town of Magione. Your vacation home belongs to an estate that produces wine and olive oil. The house is simply but at the same time functionally furnished and in the living room you will find an open fireplace. The covered terrace and the private garden with swimming pool and sun terrace invite you to spend relaxing hours outdoors, and furthermore, a large natural plot with tennis court, barbecue and children's play area is at your disposal for common use with apartments IUT167 and IUT190. This vacation home is ideal for families with children who love nature and like to be active: from the house you can go hiking or cycling in the mountains or to the lake. Distances: Magione 3 km, Castel Rigone 7 km, Lake Trasimeno 8 km. Washing machine for a fee. Access by gravel road.
