"I am e budget traveler. I look for value. That means that sometimes I get a great deal and other times I don't. This was a mixed bag. The receptionist was great. The room was older. There was a big bug in my room, but hey, this is Texas and that will happen. It's no longer in that room."

"The description of this property was a little misleading. 1) there are washer and dryers but not in the condo and they cost additional 2) there is parking but you have to pay for it 3) there is not a gym or fitness room/equipment as this property has been under renovation for some time I would say 4) towels are provided but not if you go to the pool or beach, you have to bring your own. I will say the grounds to this property are stunning and there were a couple of guys working on them every single morning we were there. Also, the communication from the owner was on point. "

"The floors were not clean, we found roaches, there were leaves everywhere in the back. Made it unpleasant to be back there.There is a musty smell in the back bedroom with the TV in it. Gave me have a headache had to move rooms. I found black mold where the water comes into the washer. Got on clothes being washed. On a good note overall it was a decent stay. Plenty of rooms for everyone. Enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. Plenty of cook ware, plates, silverware etc. it was nice having the washer and dryer. "
